Delivery and Refunds

Track your Orders

All products leave our warehouse within 5-7 working days from the order confirmation. Once your order has been shipped, we will send out a notification to the email address that you provided during the checkout process. This email includes the tracking code of the parcel and instructions about the tracking process. All shippings are currently handled by Hellenic Post (www.elta.gr) in collaboration with the National Post service of the country of destination.

International Delivery

A Future Perfect ships all orders within 5-7 working days from confirmed order unless otherwise stated in the product description (for example made to order items). Delivery times may vary according to the country of destination selected by the client.

Delivery in Europe: Between 9am-5am, Monday to Friday. Receive your purchases 10-15 working days after your order has been placed.

Delivery in USA, Australia and Rest of the world: Between 9am-5am, Monday to Friday. Receive your purchases 15-20 working days after your order has been placed.

Exchanges

It is not possible to edit any orders once they have been confirmed. Any additional items you may wish to add will need to placed as a new order, however it may be possible to combine them on dispatch. It may be possible for us to cancel an order, to allow you to replace it as you wish, providing the order has not already been dispatched. Please contact us via e-mail as soon as possible to cancel an order that has been confirmed.

Unaclaimed Objects

The order is delivered to the delivery address selected by the client during the checkout process. The information set out by the purchaser at the time the order is placed is binding upon the purchaser: in the event of an error in the text of the recipient’s contact and address details, the vendor cannot be held responsible for the fact that it is not possible to deliver the product. In the case of the prompting of an incorrect address making delivery impossible, A Future Perfect cannot implement a second delivery, and the price of the order will then be reimbursed to the client following receipt of the package back at the A Future Perfect warehouse.

Damaged Objects

A Future Perfect insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. The client is required to check their packages carefully upon delivery so that they can register any reserves as required, with the carrier. In case your parcel doesn’t show any external damages but you are still facing problems with your recent order, you can contact our customer service at: info[at]afutureperfect[dot]gr

Returns

The purchaser has a period of 7 days from the date of its delivery to have the product returned for reimbursement, without penalty, with the exception of return costs. Return costs are the responsibility of the client. A Future Perfect will reimburse the client, with the exception of outward/return carriage costs, which remain the client’s responsibility. All items must be returned unused, in their original condition and from the country that the order was delivered to. Reimbursement will take place within a maximum of one week from receipt of the return. Please note card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and unfortunately we are unable to influence this.
